I need to apologize for the delay in posting these past few months. When I got pregnant last Fall I was so excited to post about fitness and nutrition during pregnancy but unfortunately I got Hyperemesis Gravidarum which kept me in bed for over 8 weeks. We have also moved so it's been a crazy few months! My nausea is still in full swing but I'm determined to slowly get back to the gym doing what I can. I'm hoping to be posting new videos and workouts soon so stay tuned!
